SPS LLC provides four categories of services described below.
SPS design and deployment
SPS LLC provides full set of services necessary to design and deploy PMA-based SPS at various manufacturing industries.
Consulting on SPS design, deployment, and operation
SPS LLC offers consulting services related to some or all of the following items:

Developing and validating mathematical models for production systems of customers’ interests.

Creating databases for populating these models with information necessary for PMA-based SPS operation.

Embedding the PMA, programmed for these models and databases, into plant’s IT or placing them on the cloud for subsequent customers utilization.

Evaluating the efficacy of the resulting PMA-based SPS on the factory floor.

Personnel training for managing production systems in the PMA-based SPS environment.
Industrial short courses on SPS
SPS LLC offers a one-day program and three- or five-day courses on SPS. Each of them is based on the SPS textbook and the SPS software described under the WHAT IS SPS and PRODUCTS tabs. Handouts of these learning opportunities include the SPS textbook and a set of exercises based on PMA and PSE Toolbox.

One-day program is intended to provide a general introduction to SPS .

Three-day course, in addition to the above, includes the elements of PSE, detailed description of PSE Toolbox and PMA, and an example of PMA-based SPS operation (tailored to the course attendees’ interests). Hands-on exercises will also be provided.

In addition to the above, a five-day course includes a project, wherein the participants will design and implement (in software) a PMA-based SPS for a production system of their interest.
These programs/courses can be offered either in-person at participants’ plants, or in Ann Arbor, Michigan, or online.
Upon successful completion of the courses, the participants will receive a certificate of SPS training.

Lectures on SPS
SPS LLC offers 60- or 90-minute lectures on various topics of SPS, tailored to attendees’ interests. To enhance the audience participation, these lectures include practical examples to be analyzed by the attendees using PMA and PSE Toolbox software.
